14-Day Returns

We want you to love your LUHLUX pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return, please send items back in their original packaging with tags attached, unworn and unused. Due to hygiene standards, earrings can only be returned if the seal remains intact. Please note that final sale or clearance pieces are not returnable.

Return Shipping 
We gladly accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

A $8 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that only one return request is permitted per order.

Prefer to choose another piece? You may opt for store credit instead of a refund, and we’ll add an additional 20% to your store credit.

Final Sale items and pieces marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
