Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (Contiguous 48 States only). For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee of $5.95 will apply at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO addresses are excluded from free shipping; rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. LUHLUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

International Shipping & Duties

International shipping is available to select countries (including Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU). Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.

All duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. LUHLUX cannot predict or control these charges. Refusal to pay duties will result in the order being returned; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fragrance Notice: Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as hazardous materials. Some destinations restrict alcohol-based shipments. If your address is in a restricted region, we may ship jewelry only or cancel the fragrance portion of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at service@luhlux.com within 7 business days, and we will assist in filing a claim.
