Warranty Coverage
LUHLUX offers a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including plating discoloration and structural flaws that occur under normal wear. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches).

Repair Process
If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service, please email us at service@luhlux.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. Our team will review your case within 1-3  business day and provide instructions for return. Once we receive the item, we will assess it and either repair or replace it at our discretion.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For repairs not covered under warranty, we will provide an estimate before proceeding. You may choose to accept or decline the service.
